Natural Stone & Engraving Variations
Our memorials are crafted from genuine natural slate or granite. Variations in stone color, texture, mineral patterns, surface markings, thickness, and edge appearance are normal characteristics of natural stone and are not considered defects by themselves.
Laser engraving interacts with each stone's natural composition, so slight differences in engraving contrast, photographic detail, and appearance may occur.
Every memorial is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping.
Orders We Cannot Fulfill
If we are unable to complete your order due to material availability or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund for the unfulfilled order.
