Made-to-Order Production

Most products from TMO Laser Woodworks & Engraving are made to order.

Once production begins, manufacturing typically takes 3–4 business days.

The time before production begins may vary depending on our current workload. We’ll notify you as soon as your item enters production.

Custom projects may require additional production time depending on size, complexity, materials, and current workload.

Shipping and delivery estimates do not include the production queue or manufacturing time.

Shipping Options and Costs

Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed during checkout for eligible products.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the item's size, weight, and destination.

Larger or unusually shaped custom projects may require special shipping arrangements or a separate shipping quote.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times begin after an order has been completed and shipped, not when the order is placed.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances may cause delays.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to discuss whether your timeline can be accommodated.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us HERE as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after an order has shipped.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package our products before shipping.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us HERE promptly with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help review the shipment and determine appropriate next steps.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Winchendon, Massachusetts, by arrangement.

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready and pickup arrangements have been made.

Custom Projects

Shipping, delivery, or pickup arrangements for large custom signs, woodworking builds, and other special projects will be discussed during the quoting process.

Additional handling, packaging, or transportation costs may apply and will be communicated before approval.
