How to order your photo coasters
Photo Quality: Clear, high-resolution photographs with good lighting and detail produce the best engraving results. Image quality and contrast may affect the finished appearance.
Same photo on all four: Upload one photo and set the quantity to 4.
A different photo on each coaster: Upload four photos and set the quantity to 4.
Your quantity is the total number of coasters you are ordering, not the number of each uploaded photo. Check your uploaded photos and quantity before adding to cart.

- Personalization: Each coaster is personalized with your submitted photograph, whether it's a cherished family memory, beloved pet, special occasion, or meaningful moment.
- Permanent Laser Engraving: Your photograph is laser engraved directly into the slate surface, creating a lasting design without stickers, vinyl, or printed transfers.
- Photo Quality: Clear, high-resolution photographs with good lighting and detail produce the best engraving results. Image quality and contrast may affect the finished appearance.
- Natural Slate Variations: Each piece of slate has its own natural texture, surface characteristics, and edge variations. These differences make every coaster unique and may slightly affect engraving appearance.
- Display & Care: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, and prolonged soaking to preserve the natural slate surface.
- Handcrafted Quality: Each coaster is individually engraved and finished in our Massachusetts workshop with careful attention to detail.
- Made to Order: Once production begins, manufacturing typically takes 3–4 business days. Shipping transit time is additional.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Production Time
All of our door hangers are made to order and typically require 3–4 business days for manufacturing before shipping or local pickup. Personalized or more complex custom orders may require additional time.
Shipping & Handling
- Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
- We ship within the United States using USPS or UPS.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.
- Tracking information is provided once your shipping label has been created.
- Important: Estimated shipping and delivery times do not include the 3–4 business day manufacturing period.
- Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Winchendon, Massachusetts, at no additional charge.
Select Local Pickup at checkout when available. You will receive a notification when your order is completed and ready for pickup.
Please wait for pickup confirmation before arriving, as pickup is by arrangement.
Shipping Damage or Delivery Issues
We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when available.

Returns, Damages & Cancellations
Returns & Refunds
All of our door hangers are individually made to order. Because of their custom-made nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, unwanted items, or customer-approved personalization errors, except where required by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
- Before Work Begins: Orders canceled before design work, production, or project-specific material ordering begins are eligible for a full refund.
- Special-Order Materials: If materials have already been purchased specifically for your order, nonrecoverable material and related supplier costs may be deducted from an approved refund.
- After Work Begins: Once design work or production has started, customer-requested cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted.
To request a cancellation, select the account icon at the top of our website and sign in using the email address associated with your order. Open your order and select Cancel items when available, then follow the prompts to submit your request. If the option is unavailable, submit your request through our Contact Us page and include your name and order number. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel your order; we will review it.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great care in crafting, inspecting, and packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly.
Please include:
- Your name and order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging, when available.
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, as required by applicable law.
Handcrafted Variations
Our door hangers are made using Baltic birch or maple plywood and are individually painted, stained, and finished.
Natural variations in wood grain, color, stain absorption, and subtle differences in hand-applied finishes are normal characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects by themselves.
Every item is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping.
Orders We Cannot Fulfill
If we are unable to complete your order due to material availability or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund for the unfulfilled order.

Handcrafted & Made to Order
Every door hanger from TMO Laser Woodworks And Engraving is individually crafted and finished in our Massachusetts workshop. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in wood grain, color, stain absorption, and hand-applied finishes may occur. These natural differences add to the unique character of your sign.
Colors & Appearance
Actual colors may vary slightly from product photographs due to screen settings, lighting, and natural material variations. Hand-painted finishes and gradient effects may also vary slightly from piece to piece.
Display & Care
Unless otherwise specified in the product description, our door hangers are intended for indoor or protected outdoor use. Avoid direct exposure to rain, snow, excessive moisture, and prolonged harsh weather to help preserve their appearance and finish.
Production & Delivery
All door hangers are made to order, with a typical manufacturing time of 3–4 business days. Estimated shipping and delivery times do not include manufacturing time. Please allow additional time for shipping transit or arrange local pickup once your order is ready.
