Shipping & Handling

• Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
• We ship within the United States using USPS or UPS.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.
• Tracking information is provided once your shipping label has been created.
• Important: Estimated shipping and delivery times do not include the production queue or manufacturing time.
• Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Winchendon, Massachusetts, at no additional charge.

Select Local Pickup at checkout when available. You will receive a notification when your order is completed and ready for pickup.

Returns & Refunds

All of our door hangers are individually made to order. Because of their custom-made nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, unwanted items, or customer-approved personalization errors, except where required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

• Before Work Begins: Orders canceled before design work, production, or project-specific material ordering begins are eligible for a full refund.
• Special-Order Materials: If materials have already been purchased specifically for your order, nonrecoverable material and related supplier costs may be deducted from an approved refund.
• After Work Begins: Once design work or production has started, customer-requested cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted.

To request a cancellation, select the account icon at the top of our website and sign in using the email address associated with your order. Open your order and select Cancel items when available, then follow the prompts to submit your request. If the option is unavailable, submit your request through our Contact Us page and include your name and order number. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel your order; we will review it.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great care in crafting, inspecting, and packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly.
